Private Swim Lessons (1:1)
We offer Private Swim Lessons in Santa Cruz and Aptos, CA
All ages, levels and abilities are encouraged to sign up for private or semi-private lessons. Although we do suggest a consistent schedule for the best learning, flexible/custom scheduling is an option for these types of lessons. Adults encouraged and welcome. We teach you in a supportive and safe environment at a pace that is right for you. Private 25-minute lessons are designed for your ability taking into account for any goals that you may have for yourself. Upon request, we can help you build a personal fitness program developed around your individualized goals. Adults and teens may be interested in taking a longer lesson– please inquire; we can discuss what would work best for your needs.
SCHEDULING private, semi-private and custom classes (POD):
Due to intricate scheduling we ask that all private lessons and custom classes are booked through filling out our Swim Lesson Interest form on the home page or call our SWIM line. Once booked, we will provide a unique class code for online registration. Part of your family name will be in the code. If you do not recognize the code, the code belongs to another family. Arrange your lessons first, then we make the code for you. We want to know your swimmers goals! We would love to speak to you (email works too.) 831-661-5110.
SANTA CRUZ ELKS LODGE
OPEN SEASONALLY. Private, semi-private lessons and custom classes (PODs) are available APRIL through first week of OCTOBER. Current schedule is seen on the Elks Lodge link on the dropdown menu.
Seahorse Swim Academy
OPEN SEASONALLY. Private setting for private lessons. Pool is located above the Aptos Library at State Park Drive and Soquel Drive in Aptos. A calm, serene private setting nestled up against the redwood trees. All lessons are taught by Tiffany Harmon, owner of Seahorse Swim School. Please fill out the application for lessons at this location. Children over age 3 and must be potty trained to take lessons at this location.
