ATTENTION: Private, semi-pvt lessons and PODS of 3, 4 or more are assigned to particular families that have a CONFIRMATION that PRE EXISTS their POD being set up to register online. Once we confirm the schedule for your predetermined POD of 3, 4 or more, then we will CREATE your class for online registration and email you the name of the course(s). We typically use ONE of the families (usually with the shortest) LAST NAME to help everyone find the correct class(es) to register for. The specified POD course name will be forwarded to those who the class(es) were created for. If you do not recognize the class name, please do not register for that POD class.
POD of kids in class are put together by the parents in advance. We often have students that would like to join your POD, so let us know if your open to taking more. We look forward to creating a customized schedule with you in advance.
Highlighted class! Jr. Guard Prep class (level 3b, 4 combo class) extended class time for 2023. (40 minutes)
In our Jr. Guard prep class, we prepare swimmers for County Wide Jr. Guard Programs (pool and beach guard programs alike). By the end of this course, our goal is for participants to be able to swim multiple lengths of the pool, tread water from 3 to 5 minutes without stopping and have an introduction to all four competitive strokes. We will train them to succeed and be ready for all Jr. Guard programs! Level 3b and 4’s are encouraged to join this course as long as swimmers are able to swim across the pool and are not afraid/nervous of being in deep water. Introduction to rescue skills and more advanced water safety skills are introduced in this 40 minute Jr. Guard Prep class.
Due to COVID-19 we are NOT teaching: Jr. Guard Summer Camp & our non-competitive swim team. We look forward to being able to offer these types of classes to the masses in the future!
Take Hwy 1 to San Andreas Road exit. Head West, towards the beach. Turn right at the stop sign onto Seascape Blvd. Look for tennis courts on your right; this is Seascape Sports Club. The parking lot is across the street from Palapas. Go up the stairs to check in and then back down the stairs to the pool where your lessons will be held.
Note: if you have reached Seascape Resort, you have gone too far.
